Why in the world does this branch not open until 10:00am on Saturdays?
You can access the ATM for transactions before the bank opens, by using your ATM card in the card reader next to the door. If you need to speak to someone, unfortunately you'll have to wait for them to open the lobby

Had a great experience opening up a few new accounts at Auburn Chase. Excited to finally have one here in town. Friendly staff, very nice modern office and higher tech than most other banks in our area!

Attention EVERYONE in Auburn that is considering banking with the new Chase DON’T. They will hold your money for days sometimes WEEKS. Do not allow Chase to receive interest free loans from you, their customer. Chase support via phone told me yep that’s how we do things here! Do not trust them with your money.

Literally standing in the bank as I write this. They have the worst parking and by far worst customer service I have ever experienced in a bank. There are multiple people standing around and seem to be under staffed for positions they need.. I honestly plan on leaving chase because of the piss poor situation with this one bank branch.. very disappointing
